We’re looking for a Quality Team Lead who owns the claim-to-improvement journey end to end — from customer complaint to proven fix on the shop floor.
🔧 What you’ll actually be doing
- Turning claims into real root cause, not paperwork
- Driving CAPA that sticks (A3, 8D, 5 Whys, Kaizen)
- Building and running a proper internal claims system
- Working side-by-side with production on trials, fixes and standards
- Leading and developing two Quality Technicians
- Improving OEE, reducing waste, and stopping repeat issues for good
