🔍 What you'll be getting stuck into
- Keeping us fully accredited to ISO 9001 and maintaining our CE Marking
- Working with technical suppliers to make sure we’re using the latest kit, getting the best quality, and not overspending.
- Using SPC, Lean, Six Sigma and all your favourite CI tools to make real improvements across the site.
- Partnering with customers to understand exactly what they need — and making sure our products slot perfectly into their processes.
- Investigating customer complaints and putting strong systems in place to stop repeat issues.
- Leading and developing a tight-knit quality team who care as much about the process as you do.
- Diving into data, driving improvements, training operators, and keeping the QMS sharp, accurate and fully integrated with site systems.
🎯 What we are looking for
- Demonstrable experience at Quality Manager level
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (auditing experience required)
- Solid background in manufacturing quality, testing, compliance and standards
- Someone who loves data, improvement, problem-solving and getting under the skin of a process
- A confident communicator who can influence at all levels — shop floor to senior leadership
- A leader who builds trust, champions safety, and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in
