About the Role
As QA Manager, you’ll be the key driver of quality excellence, ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) remains robust and compliant with MHRA and EU GMP requirements. You’ll lead a talented team of four and work closely with operations, engineering, and logistics to maintain high standards and prepare for inspections by MHRA or DMRC.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing audits, deviation handling, CAPA, change control, and product reviews
- Maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities
- Leading and mentoring your team to deliver continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or a relevant regulatory discipline
- GMP experience in pharmaceutical or related environments
- In-depth knowledge of MHRA and EU GMP requirements
- Experience as a named person on a manufacturer’s authorisation (or similar) is a plus
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication skills for regulatory liaison
- Strong understanding of quality systems including audits, deviation management, and CAPA
