We are seeking a driven and organised Project Manager to lead and deliver operational, manufacturing, and business improvement projects from concept through to completion. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions, you'll be responsible for managing multiple projects while balancing priorities and delivering measurable results.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from initiation through to completion.
- Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans and timelines.
- Managing project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular stakeholder updates.
- Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Supporting manufacturing process improvements and capability development.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Managing project changes while maintaining delivery targets.
- Evaluating project outcomes and identifying lessons learned.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Manager who can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Essential Experience
- Proven Project Management experience within manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, or operations environments.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management capability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience delivering process improvement and operational change projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
