As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track — ensuring people, resources, and schedules align to deliver seamless execution. Working closely with Production Managers, Supervisors, Project Engineers, and the Commercial team, you’ll make sure every stage of the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production resource plans to identify constraints and priorities across live and upcoming projects.
- Communicate updates daily with supervisors, managers, and engineers to keep everyone aligned.
- Track project progress in MS Project and Excel, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Support production management with short- and long-term planning, labour forecasting, and reviewing work instructions.
- Coordinate movements, deliveries, and dispatch schedules with minimal disruption to workflow.
- Collate and verify timesheets, absence data, and clocking information for production staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline planning and enhance resource use.
