We’re looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join a friendly team in Fife. In this role, you'll be helping assemble, wire, solder, and crimp electronic components, making sure each piece meets high standards. Think of it as being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes – your work matters a lot, especially when it comes to the quality of the finished product. No two days are exactly the same, but good attention to detail and a knack for working with your hands are a must.
- Experience in Process or Technician roles within Manufacturing or Assembly
- Background in electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable harnessing
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-620, IPC, or J-STD-001
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately
- Happy to work as part of a team and take pride in quality work
