Rising Talent Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company in Stirling looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
This is a hands-on role covering planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and keeping plant running safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with operations, help lead trades on shift, and support continuous improvement on site.
What you’ll need
- Time-served mechanical technician with a recognised apprenticeship
- HNC (or above) in a mechanical discipline
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, alignment and vibration
- Comfortable using CMMS
- Strong safety focus and a practical, proactive attitude
