- Investigating supplier delivery issues and driving corrective actions.
- Managing invoice queries, order amendments and damaged or lost deliveries.
- Supporting inventory optimisation by reducing excess, obsolete and slow-moving stock.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within a purchasing, planning or materials role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience using an MRP/ERP system.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Why apply?
You'll be part of a supportive supply chain team with plenty of variety in the role and the chance to develop your skills within a fast-paced forever changing engineering environment.
