- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, with a focus on upskilling apprentices and supporting succession planning.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across departments and sites to ensure buy-in and alignment.
- Support in driving maintenance improvements using Asset Management tools

- Develop and report on KPIs, engineering performance metrics, and strategic project outcomes.
- Define and implement a clear structure around asset reliability, leveraging support from the Asset Reliability Manager.
- Collaborate with production, HSE, and other departments to support business goals
- Identify and implement engineering improvements and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience leading engineering or maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment
- You've led from the front in high-pressure situations and brought clarity, structure, and results.
- Electrically biased background with a systems mindset.
- Excellent leadership and delegation skills, able to step back from hands-on work and focus on strategy.
- Demonstrable experience implementing CMMS systems, compliance frameworks, and PM environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and taking decisive ownership of complex challenges.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware
What’s on Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Opportunity to make a tangible impact in a site leadership role
- Collaborative working environment with a focus on innovation and improvement
- A company that values professional development and employee wellbeing
